Planet Fitness Does Not Care About Their Members

I currently have an unresolved issue and I am getting nowhere with it. I have tried calling the Call Centre several times and were given plenty reference numbers with no feedback. Two previous Hellopeter complaints were logged with a simple generic response received, not even an attempt to call me to understand and share my frustrations. Spoke to 2 Club Managers as well, no resolution as yet as well. So this is how you value your clients after me being nearly my 6 years with Planet Fitness this year if not longer. <br> Luckily for me, my membership ends in July and my partners a few months later. I am going move my service to another club (virgin active) where members are appreciated, valued and where you get value for your money.
