Planet Fitness, a company that should focus on diversity and inclusivity, let me tell you, they are far from being inclusive or diverse, as someone who has personally witnessed the ****** and the ***ism that takes place at the PLANET FITNESS RUIMSIG BRANCH is absolutely horrifying, a certain white male who abuses his position (previously at PLANET FITNESS RUIMSIG) should not be in the position that he is currently in, although he may not be at the Ruimsig branch anymore, he has absolutely ruined the name, and he most likely will do the same wherever he goes, hiring white employees and promoting them to reception manager, manager on duty etc after 3, sometimes 6 months, but having an employee of colour firstly have to assist in training this person since they lack the knowledge and experience, but then placing this inexperienced person above the person who just had to train them on how to do their job, and best part, the employees of color, regardless of whether they've been there for 3 or 9 YEARS, Manager on duty is as far as they will make it because they will be blocked and turned down for any promotions with no valid reason whatsoever, but will be made out to look like they "did consider" these people, These employees DESERVE compensation for the HELL they were put through, because this is one example of 10000 other incidents that occured.
