Planet Fitness - Dishonest Company

Abolutely shocking company, I was told my monthly fee would be R 394.00 and then they deduct R699.00 from my account. I have emailed 5 times since the 17th December, without a single response. I received one phone call, and the consultant advised to cancel is a 4 month notice period, and that the conversation would be emailed to me - that email was never sent.
