Planet Fitness disgrace

Honestly if i could give negative stars I would, first experience is good however when i moved and wanted to cancel there was no customer service and i tried repetitively... to no success over a year later i get demanding sms's stating i owe them money this is an absolute disgrace and planet fitness should be ashamed. 0 customer service and would never recommend them to anyone ever worst experience of my life. This all comes to light after a year with 0 follow up call or email or sms to say "sir we see it has not been paid is there an issue", nope just immediately over to attorneys. let alone the fact the contract was a month to month no payment no gym which was stated by their representative.
