Planet fitness disgrace

Bad informant. When opening a contract with planet fitness you are never informed that there wil be a gym levy. A lot of the people I know from my previous gym also complained about the same thing. We pay this levy for "maintenance" but then some of the equipment stay out of oder for more than two weeks. We get promised that for every person you refer to the gym you get a month free well this never happens seriously unhappy with pf I'll be going back to virgin active, where there is more weights as well and I don't have to run around looking for weights. Sorry pf but you guys are a huge disappointment.
