Planet Fitness **************, ******, Time Wasters

Great working environment but they don't care about employees,honestly speaking everyone I've met who once worked for that company cries about one thing that continously happening which is ****** and the labor law is not followed at all,you do the same job with a white person but you get paid differently,rudely speaking white people get paid more even though we do the same job...HR department is **** and our white people that we work with at the low level are not to be blamed but the system that CEO does to run the company is ****,they run planet fitness as the family business coz some laws are not followed and the worst painful part about working for Plane Fitness SA it doesn't matter how long you've worked but the day you decto leave the company you get nothing,no money will be paid to you for your long service,no final salary will be paid to you and its very hurting to know after everything you did for them yet you still leave with nothing to your bank for your kids and maybe the directors get something but for us at the bottom we get no **** and there are bonuses in that company,it's a true version of apartheid,I wouldn't advise anyone to work for that company unless they change how they treat their staff...virgin active is way better and their staff are on medical aid and they get promotions,and they get bonuses and pension funds...Plane fitness must stop wasting people's time and energy coz all they do is keep opening branches with the money that they should be empowering employees and stop giving black people small clubs to run and big clubs to white people,such things create anger amongst ourselves as the result black people start hating white people and all thanks to seniors that runs the company unfairly.
