planet fitness disappointing

PLANET FITNESS CONTRADICTING ITSELF

I am a member of planet fitnes on the package that carried over from Liberty OYL, they have this attendence request to say in a rolling three month period you need to attend at least 12 times, I had an operation in March and another in May/June and obviously with recovery time and everything i could not meet the minimum requirements and they charged me the full premium and when i enquired i was told that there is no way around it and that my premium has now gone up to the full national membership premium and that it was impossible for it to be rectified and that even if i wanted to i could not suspend the membership.

I spoke to Annelize the sales manager at Centurion gate (who contacted me to transfer the membership and who was readily available for the transfer of the contact) and she asked me to send Dr's reports to investigate further, it is now month two another debit order has gone off and i still have not received any feedback, i have followed up with Annelize atleast 4 times and to date i have not received any feedback

I am struggling to understand how as a visisble frequent member with a clear attemdance want am being treated like a member who just sat at home and simply refused to go to gym, given that i was not allowed to suspend mymembership during my illness should Planet fitness not be willing to atleast assist with a solution ? or give feedback ?

It it disappointing that they are in the market to promote a healthier life but refuse to understand when one cannot attend to due to illness.

is it all about money ? does service not matter ? do we not matter as clients/customers are you only concerned about our premiums ?

still no feedback
