Planet fitness - disappointed

To Hum it may concern

I am totally disgusted with planet Fitness, I have not used the contact and have informed them that due to lock down I have lost my employment was will not be able to make use of the gym, however now (Even when the entire country was under lock down) I am required to still pay them after this contract was cancelled, is this the way you tread customer, that might in the future wanted you use your facilities again this is unacceptable, I need this resolved ASAP as I have not used any facilities have cancelled the contract and world wide lock down,

I never once made use of the service, I would have gave no stars if I could
