Planet Fitness dirty service

My husband and I joined Planet Fitness in Mid February 2019. We are using one bank account. We took the R199.00 package per person for the limited time because we can only manage to go to the Gym late. When we joined we were told that there is a competition that ends on that Sunday. Whereby My husband and I each won the free joining fee. Then we only paid R125.00 per person for the tags on that same day. On that same month February on the 27th they deducted R300.00 for both for the 2 weeks. March 27th they deducted R648.00 for both. Then I phoned them on the 28th March because they were suppose to take R398 for both, and they told me that they also deducted an amount of R125 per person for the tags. The tags that we already paid for the day we joined. They gave me a reference number and said they will fix it because we had already paid for the tags. On the 29th we went to the Club to pay the R398 because we had already reversed that R648 that was deducted. Today the 3rd April they sent me a message saying we did not pay the account. I phoned them now they are saying the R125.00 per person that was deducted was for the joining fee. I am confused because we both won the joining fee. Why are they not asking the person who helped us at the club that day. The lady that I was speaking to even hang up the phone. I had to phone again and of which you will be on the line for about 15 minutes before they help you. Now they no longer want to help me they just hang up my phone. This is day light *******. Watch out when you join this Club. Check your bank accounts how much they deducted.
