Planet fitness deductions

I joined er the gym now the 5th month. Every month 2 amounts get deducted from my account.... Because of an mistake they made at head office or at the Montana gym. No one can help me.... I phone customer service no answer. The gym can't help me..... And when I get hold of them.... They cannot answer me or help me..... Very frustrating....not at all a relaxing situation...
