Planet Fitness Deducting large amounts off my bank account since joining.

I joined Planet Fitness on 29 November 2023 The consultant was Mr. Dewalt Loock. He indicated my Vitality is active and I payed the Vitality fee of R499 and tag R150 totaling R649. My monthly Gym fee was communicated as R262. My Vitality was activated at Discovery but he never activated it at Planet Fitness. This meant R949 was deducted off my bank every month until March 2024 when I discovered the debit orders been wrong on my bank account. I approached the manager at Planet Fitness Mr. Lynden and he indicated it was rectified. April there were two deductions off my bank account and Mr. Lynden told me to reverse the incorrect debt order. It is now May 2024 and I just got an SMS that I must pay an amount in arrears R1508. Can this please be resolved urgently as I am not in arrears with Planet Fitness.
