Planet fitness deducted money from my account without my consent. On top on my monthly subscription. When I called I went from agents hanging up on me to asking to speak to a manager. All of this happened around 25/26 of march to date no manager has called me about my matter and they have the audacity to send me threatening sms about immediate payment in 24 hours. How about returning my calls in 24 hours?
