Planet Fitness Debit Order Hassle

Tried to cancel my debit order.

The lady.

"Gapy" from head office with call reference number pf **********

Told me that its stated in the contract that I need to wait for my last debit order to go off before my account will be cancelled.

That's day light ******* if you ask me since I wont be here for my last month.

Either her communication s****s arent great or there must be something shes missing because this doesnt make sense.
