What pathetic service I have been receiving from planet fitness, activated my membership however, without me approving any mandate for a debit order, Was told by the manager at the club that it will be canceled. To date nothing has been done. Trying to debit my bank account, amount of R210 was taken. Now I get an sms to say it has been canceled and I'm owing more than R2000, this is frustrating as I'm now being past onto different managers and the issue is still not resolved. Know one wants to own up to there mistakes or even answer for it.
