Planet Fitness - Customer who? Take it or leave it!

And yet it continues. Out of the blue, I have had to pay a month's fees as notice month. I have not heard back from customer service, as promised. Instead, I received yet another demand from Landau Attorneys - on behalf of Planet Fitness for a further R1121,58. This is outright abuse. There is no redeeming factor for this company and its business model of "money or your life." Disappointment is an understatement.
