Planet fitness customer service a JOKE!!!!!

<p>My wife and I Joined the Planet Fitness group in November 2016. My wife's bank account can not do a debit order. The Consultant didnt inform us that the debit order didnt go off. A penalty was loaded on my wife's account. The manager of the branch said we have to change the debit order date to the 15th of the month because we are not able to cancel the debit order she has to pay in cash before the 15th. For 5 months my wife has been receiving a penalty on her account due to debit order date NOT being fixed. No consultant in the branch is capable to assist us on this matter. Every month a new employee of the branch is "trying" to assist us. I would like to cancel MY membership and my wife's membership at this USELESS gym and join another gym company that provides us the customer service we deserve. </p>
