Planet Fitness continues to debit my account after confirmed cancellation

I cancelled my Planet Fitness membership on 8 October and received confirmation that my membership was successfully cancelled. Despite this, Planet Fitness has continued to deduct money from my bank account up to today. These deductions are unauthorised, as my membership was cancelled correctly and on time. I have proof of cancellation as well as bank statements showing the continued debits. I am requesting: An immediate stop to all future deductions A full refund of all amounts deducted after 8 October Written confirmation that my membership is fully cancelled and no further billing will occur I have attempted to resolve this matter, but the charges are still ongoing. I expect Planet Fitness to take responsibility and resolve this urgently.

I would like to point out several inconsistencies in your explanation. My membership was cancelled on 8 October, and I received confirmation of this cancellation. Your reference to the cancellation being effective at the end of October 2025 is incorrect, as this date is in the future and does not align with my cancellation confirmation.
Despite the confirmed cancellation, debit orders continued to be submitted after October, which I did not authorise. Any debits processed or resubmitted after the cancellation date are therefore invalid.
I request:
  1. Written clarification correcting the incorrect dates mentioned in your response.
  2. Proof of the alleged one-month notice period app**** to my account.
  3. Immediate reversal of any debit orders submitted after my confirmed cancellation date.
  4. Confirmation that my membership is fully closed and no further debit attempts will be made.
Please treat this matter as urgent. Should this not be resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate the complaint further.

Also, I even struggled to cancel in September as your advisors kept on dropping the call.
