Planet Fitness continued deduction of Debit Order

Cancellation of gym fee not carried out, debit orders continue to be deducted: Ref PF ********** I contacted the Call Centre from inside the Gym, was provided a reference number. 1) The consultant took all the necessary verification information from me, and never once mentioned that I couldn't cancel the membership due to not being the main member. The debit order comes off my account. 2) An email was sent to an inactive email address and no attempt was made to contact us via an alternate channel, even though I had provided relevant contact information during the call to the Contact Centre. 3) The consultant is currently checking in with her line manager even though she kept me holding for at least 15 minutes, not sure what she was doing in that time, I assumed she was already consulting management!
