Planet Fitness continue to debit full membership amount even if I am on vitality for months.

Planet fitness have been deducting my account without putting me on the vitality option which I have paid R699 to join and refuse to give me 75% discount after numerous attempts blaming Discovery. My wife and I joint a family vitality benefit and we are paying R450 pm, I am on a 75% discount rate paying R175 membership pm and my wife isn't and there is no logical explanation even after I paid R699 joining fee.
