Planet Fitness Con Job

In December 2020 I informed my personal trainer that a logistical bottleneck with my wife’s business had by necessity caused me to terminate my classes and my membership with planet fitness Rivonia. Only yesterday I discovered when moving my account from Absa after 42 years to Capitec, that my account had been debited to the tune of R650 since December 2020. The shock is that my card was handed in then and I have Never set foot in any planet fitness since that date. I contacted the call centre and they promised to send me my contract and proof that I was still a member. This is pure ********* conduct and boils down to *****. I am devastated and intend laying a charge against Planet Fitness. Their response is apathetic and clearly policy driven by a management of deception and manipulation.
