PLANET FITNESS COMPLAINT

I need someone from Planet Fitness Head office asap. I have lodged a complaint prior to this and noone has even cared to provide feedback.

I have tried cancelling a membership that was written up for me under false pretence from May already.

I have spoken to the consultant that wrote it up- Eric Van Der Mesch as well as the Club manager Jaco from Planet Fitness Springs mall.

No one wants to assist me!!!!!!!!!!!!
