Planet Fitness cold winter showers

no Hot water for the past 3 weeks.

In these cold weeks of July, we have been freezing showering with cold water, no official communication and the only thing we seem to get are reminders of cold water in the shower.

no updates or reassurance, this is getting out of hand, especially for us who gym in the morning and to the office after.

Lovely Gym, but think twice about committing there
