Planet Fitness - Charging for services they can't provide

I am relocating and requested a transfer - however the city has no Planet Fitness.

Planet Fitness goes beyond unreasonable in charging a cancellation fee that is completely exorbitant. I was being reasonable, however no fault of mine that a service cannot be provided. I do believe that the cancellation fee should be waived - as they can't expect to get money for a service not being utelised

PS - the rating of 1 star is 100% more than what you deserve - I have not met with such unreasonable and unwilling to assist customers ever
