Planet Fitness Centurion, *********** and arrogant managers.

During the month of June 2017, my girls and I decided to join Planet Fitness. This happend after a Planet Fitness consultant went to visit Hoërskool Centurion to promote an opening special. This special entailed that should a SCHOLAR join Planet Fitness a parent could join at a special rate. This was known as the "Black-Tag" special and was valid until she was done with school (end 2018)

From the get-go the consultant who handled our contract made various mistakes which evidently lead to the occuring problem. A Manager confirmed that the consultant was at fault. Firstly he signed us up to gym at National level after we stipulated that we will only make use of the Centurion Branch as we live close by. This made it very difficult to enter the gym as there were "technical issues". I had to submit my children's birth certificates and school progress reports numerous times in order for us to stay on the "Black-Tag" special, to a few Managers at the Centurion Branch.

After seeing the 4th Manager regarding this issue there was still no resolution. After all this, my daughter - who is currently in grade 12 - turned 18 in April 2018. All of a sudden we were refused enterance into the gym claiming that my contract have expired and that I now have to take out a new contract for her because she is now seen as a student even though she is still at school. I contacted client services that send a mail to the Branch and stating 2 different stories( via the phone and via a email) Mananger nr 5 said that I just had to purchase another tag for a R100 to continue as usual, Upon arrival at the gym I was denied access claiming that I must sign a NEW contract of R850 for the 3 of us.

I was chased away by another Mananager and treated in the most humiliating manner possible. This is not acceptable as I was humliated infront of other clients. Even though I am up to date with my account I am still REFUSED enterance into the gym.

Could I please be adviced on what is going on, and the way forward. And I hope this time hostely, respect will play a roll.
