Planet Fitness Centurion Heuweloord Horror
This club is not even more than a year, spinning or cycling bikes are not working, there's leaks and rotten ceiling, treadmills are also broken, limited instructors and they keep signing up new members without disclosing the true state of the gym. I witnessed a couple who came for the first time at the gym and feeling so frustrated at not getting any work out due to non functional machines, timetable board not working, so they actually had no idea where to start or what to do, after all this inconvenience.
We've signed a petition about the classes and instructors but with no resolution to the matters at hand.
All planet fitness is interested in just taking our money (R399 to be exact) !

Hope you are well?
I have received your complaint regarding 3 issues you have experienced at Heuweloord.
Spinning bikes – The regional maintenance have been here at the today 28/08/2018 to asses each of the bikes not working 100% and noted additional parts to be ordered as soon as possible. We have put back 6 bikes on the floor to ensure all working again.
Ceiling in the studio have been cleaned repaired last week Friday and just need to paint the ceiling bulkhead.
Treadmill issues have also been investigated today by the regional maintenance and full report have been compiled for the National Equipment Manager on part required and orders to be placed as soon as possible.
I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
