Planet Fitness Centurion Hennopspark - need to fix broken areas

Planet Fitness Hennopspark Complaint

I hereby submit an official complaint regarding the Hennopspark Centurion Planet Fitness branch. Worse part is nowhere on their website do they allow the option to write a complaint or email a complaint. This location is close to my home and very convenient, and I have been a member for over five years. Although I hold a Mega Club membership, which provides access to other Centurion locations, Hennopspark remains my preferred branch due to its proximity.

For almost three months, the CrossFit area at this branch has been closed. This closure has effectively removed a significant portion of the available equipment and workout space, resulting in overcrowding in the remaining areas. On certain days, it is difficult to find sufficient space to exercise.

I would like to know the status of the closed CrossFit area, specifically when it will be reopened. Despite paying an additional annual maintenance fee, it appears that these funds are not being utilized to resolve this issue.

Could a notice be posted in the gym that provides clarity on the following:

Explanation of the issue causing the closure. Actions being taken to address it. Expected timeline for completion. Interim access to other Centurion branches for affected members, including several of my friends who are similarly inconvenienced. I appreciate a prompt response regarding these concerns.
