Planet Fitness Centurion gate is the worst run gym in the entire country, do not join.

What a pathetically managed gym at Planet Fitness Centurion gate. If I could give minus stars I would.

The pool has been closed since the 22nd of December 2021 to do maintenance and scheduled to be open the 2nd of Jan 2022. I understand there is maintenance that needs to happen, but I find it hard to understand what maintenance they are doing that takes 12 days.

As a triathlete, I only use the gym for the pool to swim 3 times a week, I would like to use the spin bikes but they are always broken so I dont even bother. This time of year is a great time to swim because I have more time with work commitments and I need it to get ready for the season.

Today (4th of Jan 2022) I went to the gym only to hear that the pool is still not open and they are not sure when it will be sorted due to a shock treatment that "did not work on their water" but did work in all the other gyms. So that means another week I am not able to train and that has a huge impact on my entire season.

The club manager keeps on saying that "it is out of their control" and head office does not care because my account has been debited the full amount.

I am sure a facility this large is able to drain the pool 5 times and fix the water in 12 days, but not this club.

It has been a horrible experience at this gym and I do not recommend joining to anyone.

Pathetic management, pathetic maintenance, pathetic attitude towards their clients.

Thank you planet fitness for ruining my pre-season training and having a huge negative impact on my entire season due to miss-management.
