Planet Fitness Castle Gate - ****s and ******s

I cancelled my account with PF - I have an email and confirmation number from them stating that the cancellation has been completed.

They stole R1050 from my account again a month after the last payment was supposed to be completed - they will not return my money and keeps pushing me in different directions with no-one taking responsibility.
