planet fitness cashan give *** service

Planet fitness Cashan doesnt train staff on customer service and on their own internal policies and procedures. Last year september 2020 I joined the gym and everything have being going fine until on the 7th of September " 2 days ago" when i got there after filling my water bottle ready to start my training, the lady by Lorraine approached me and told me to leave thier premises because i dont have a sweat towel. I tried reasoning with her telling her that I have being using thier falicities for over 12 months and no 1 ever told me that before by she started being loud causing a scene so I just left and she escorted me out.

I have friends who train there and they never bring thier towel and they were never told anything and the staff never gave them a problem or now I just came from the gym and people were still going in without sweat towels.

If they want to amend thier policy and make it compulsary they should communicate that with us and impliment it to us all.
