PLANET FITNESS CARNIVAL RUDE STAFF

My mum went to gym yesterday, and was denied. She pays R433 membership every month and was denied for the first time, saying her membership is too low, and only allowed to use the gym on weekends. They have still not provided her with a tag, and just ask her for ID number every time she enters. The guy who does the finance came out from the back and embarrassed her in front of everyone, and left her crying in the car. This is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour, and want this sorted out ASAP!!
