PLANET FITNESS CARES NOT FOR ITS PATRONS: BROKEN AIRCON 3 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!!!!

My branch Craighall park has and a broken air con for 3 WEEKS!!!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. not to mention dangerous for dehydration in this summer heat. They have said "use our other branches" but that is inconvenient. this branch is in my road. this is Not good enough. Not by a long shot, it's disgraceful, unhygienic and disgusting. They seem not to care at all when you talk to them- the attitude is :too bad go to another branch... no part can take 3 weeks to reach SA- they simply do not care enough to hurry along the process. I have never heard of such a thing-- it's inconceivable that they expect people to train in there. They should recompense all branch members with free membership until it's fixed OR close the gym until it's fixed. Unacceptable !!!!!!!!
