Please can you assist. My Rheumatoid Arthritis which was in remission was in full flair and I needed to go on aggressive medication last year and in addition I was was diagnosed as a diabetic.

I have called you team in +_6 October 2020 to cancel the membership as it has Expired, and since I was not given an opportunity prior to my contacts expiring to renew it, I was well within my right to cancel the contract. As I could not attend your gym due to my underline condition and it being Covid

I have been calling on numerous occasions, I have explained myself numerous of times. Your team keeps debiting my account when i was reassured in October that this matter has been resolved. Four months later my account is still being debited

Please can you revert back to me ASAP as this is unacceptable and the behavior of your staff is unbecoming.
