It's clear that this specific gym is more sales focused than customer service I was fooled to believe that I was making the right decision to join the gym after so many bad reviews and critics about gyms and how they **** you from all the rewards and benefits In specific this gym done that to me,the sales person will do anything to close the sale but the after sales service sucks,I'm now sitting with an account in arrears due to non payments after contacting the sales person to terminate my contract due to false information given to me at time of contract. I even paid a joining fee and Tag fee but never used the facility,my son was embarrased when he visited one of the outlets close to his home and was told the account is not active and he is not part of the contract How embarrassing this was for my son infront of his friends? I immediately contacted the sales person Robert via mail and since then no reply from him I even requested him to terminate the contract as I never used the facilities and now I receive demands from debt collectors to make full payments and to make matters worse the amounts are surprisingly scary I will certainly take this matter further to exploit the bad and inefficient service from this particular gym
