Planet Fitness cannot be trusted .

Planet Fitness have no moral compass. They steel money from my bank a/c by processing unapproved Dr Orders. Their customer care process takes a year to make a refund. There is no way to escalate a problem to management. They refund and then again process unapproved Dr Orders. Again I complain, without success. When I reverse the Dr Orders they hand me over to a collection agent. Planet Fitness cannot be trusted !
