PLANET FITNESS, CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION NOW ??????

Does this company even know what service is ?

It is already a disaster to gym at Just Gym Springs Mall as they never have answers for common queries , equipment is never tidied up, it is a mission to gym because of just plain mismanagement.

One of my Friend's phone was ******, THEY HAD THE PERSON ON CAMERA FOOTAGE WHO STOLE THE PHONE but there was no further action taken (The person was still aloud to go back to the gym)

That I could still handle...

The worst is that I have tried within the past Month to get hold of the Head Office just to downgrade. I have made exactly over 20 phone calls to the head office with no answer , holding for up to 30 Minutes. Getting multiple SMS's that they will attend my query shortly.

I have also left more that 10 queries within the website and I'm still getting no response from them.

My Local Gym Planet Fitness Just Gym Springs Mall also has no answers to my queries. The only answer I get from them is to "Phone Head Office" .

It is very disappointing and I won't recommend Planet fitness Just Gym to anyone!!!
