planet fitness call centre

I have been a member of the planet fitness just gym for over a year now. I had joined Sanlam reality which gives me discounts on my gym membership. In order to activate the discounts, I needed to contact planet fitness to link my sanlam reality membership. This was initially done but I had to change medical aids so my sanlam reality service was teminated. I have thus taken a product with sanlam and hence my sanlam reality benefits was reinstated which will allow me discounts on my gym fee. i called the planet fitness head office to link my benefits over two weeks ago. The consultant i spoke to mentioned they will call me back within 72 hours to confirm my new premium and to notify me that everything is sorted. I am still awaiting their call. On top of holding on for more than half hour to speak to a consultant, they mentioned the gym I go to would be able to link my sanlam reality to my gym. When i went to the gym to do this, they said i must contact the call centre. I was also suppossed to get a 60% discount on my gym fees which according to the consultant from planet fitness this discount is now 20%. Pathethic service from both planet fitness and sanlam reality! I am still awaiting feedback and am still paying my full premium with no discounts with my sanlam reality membership!!
