1.they ***** your money by charging debit order twice a month 2.if you want to cancel they dont send the emails you need to cancel your account ( reference number,account number or amount payable) 3.if they send the email its not the right one (over the phone they will tell you the cancellation fee is example 1500 then they will send you a email with a diffrent amount) 4.they have a "technical difficulty " in customer service for 2 days when you finnally get hold of they drop the phone in your face 5.after i tried to cancel they still load a debit order 6.im still waiting for a account number and reference number and amount
