PF offers black tag - you may then bring ANY friend with you to gym. One of my black tag guests was an ex employee & PF refused her entrance due to false allegations<br> <br> Firstly the receptionist was extremely rude with us when refusing to let my guest in, staff then basically threatened me during my work out. When I looked for reception manager, Janine to complain about treatment, I found her in the camera room enjoying a show of my workout with the staff member that threatened me??? Nice! She **** to me about instruction she received from Reinhard Van Niekerk regarding my guests black tag entrance as Head Office did not have a problem with my guest entering the gym on black tag.<br> <br> After requesting cancellation of my contract due to the treatment received, they made me pay them a cancellation fee of R1 257.90 for BAD SERVICE from their side. I also lost my R1 300.00 discovery vitality fee. I had no choice but to cancel due to treatment received<br> <br> Staff @ Lynnwood Bridge club are rude & are basically allowed to treat members how they want. NOTHING has been done to ANY of the staff involved in this case nor has any proof been given to me concerning FALSE allegations against my guest
