Planet fitness Brakpan.

My review is about planet fitness in Brakpan, I am originally from Pretoria and I am visiting In Boksburg for the weekend and I didn’t have my tag (black tag) with me but I phoned before I went there and I asked if I may come and train with my partner and I also stated that I wasn’t sure if I have a national or local contract and the man I spoke to on the phone said I must come to the gym and tell them I want a day pass and that it will be okay so we get to the gym, we already had our preworkout and we had limited time to start training but when we got there I did not have my tag with me but I provided the receptionist with my ID number and then she questioned me because I didn’t have a picture on and then asked me for my full names which I also provided and then she doubted that it was actually my membership and then my boyfriend still made a joke and she didn’t catch it and got almost annoyed so their personalities there are also very dry, then the receptionist told me that I have a local membership so I asked her if I can just please have the day pass and I also stated that the man on the phone said that it is okay so then they told us to wait a few minutes because their manager had just gone out so we asked how long we should wait because if it’s gonna be a long wait we’d rather leave so she said “just wait” and the attitude we got was very unprofessional as we just wanted to get our training done and we eventually had to leave and go to another gym which took us an hour and a half due to traffic and that was all because their service sucks. I am very disappointed that I am with a gym that doesn’t care about their members.
