PLANET FITNESS BRACKENFELL

We have been with the Brackenfell "Mega" club since they have opened, and the first year all whent well. Now there is always broken equipment (very low maintenance). The mens sauna room has not been working for about 2 months. The aircons are most of the time broken. This is not healthy in a closed enviroment and in specially in the summer. The machines are most of the time out of order. The body in machine was also broken and all of the above at once. This is supposed to be a "Mega" gym, but it seems that the loads of customers that they keep signing up and paying their 100% gym fee religiosly every month, only gets to use this facility at 30%. Most of the times, we have to leave due to most of the equipment thats broken and to much people to use the left overs. The dumbells are all in such a bad condition. I just feel the customers of planet fitness Brackenfell are defnantly not getting the full service they are paying for. We have reported this to the managers at planet fitness brackenfell and they never know when the things will be repaired. It seems that there is abo****ly no one that does inspectition there. When we come to the gym, no matter the time, the manager is always on the Computer. This is really bad for a Mega gym, you are actually making Plattekloof look like the star of the show. And it is a uge shame that people are getting charged R700pm for a half a## gym like this.
