Planet Fitness Bills me and sent me to their Debt collectors Excalibir YEARS after i Cancelled Contract

<p>Good Day</p> <p>i cancelled my contract with planet fitness on the 4th of February via a written email as per advise copying both braches that i used to gym at which is Montana and Lynwood. i went to lynwood branch and they refered me to montana branch where i opened my membership. thereafter that i moved to cape town. after that i received emails from planet fitness debt collectors and i ALWAYS tell them that i cancelled my membership and i should not be billed nor submitted to recoveries, then its quiet then months later same thing from planet fitness comes up and i attach the proof they need to see that im telling the truth and cancelled but still today nothing still. now i dont want to sound rude but i refuse to pay for something that i cancelled and dont use years ago and over above that be wrongfully listed for it even after many attemts to correc SIYA and Planet Fitness for THEIR mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>i urge you to please put a stop to this as i cannot tolerate being sent emails with an amount that increases many time and nothing is done about it even after i have provided all the proof and physically went to cancel my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>it ends now</p> <p>fix this and if i get listed i will sue for wrongful blacklisting and that will not be nice on planet fitness side</p> <p>email sent by ***</p> <p>Excalibur or SIYA Ref nr ***</p> <p>My ref no MON_LES0033</p> <p>***</p> <p>regards</p> <p>Lebo</p> <p> </p>
