Planet fitness - billing incorrect debit orders after they did not update profile to vitality even though I signed up for through vitality.

They were supposed to bill me vitality rate, they never did, they continued to bill me incorrectly every month. I asked for this to be rectified several times. now they have handed my account over claiming I owe them money; they are the worst service providers ever.!!! I highly do not recommend.
