Planet Fitness Bedfordview club

2 weeks ago a lady from Planet Fitness called me and ask me to re-join their club. She advised there will be no joining fee, i was happy and re-joined their club. A week later she called and told me her manager advised return members needs to pay R800, she made a mistake and i must go settle the amount. I feel like i have been fooled? Even if it's R10 i won't pay. I told her to please cancel my membership if i have to pay anything, then she asked another lady called Linda to call me, so the lady advised if i want to cancel the membership i will need to call the call centre. This is the worst experience I have had, worst service of all.
