Planet fitness **** be aware

I have been repeatedly harassed and asked for money for a cancelation fee of R1987 I joined a 5 day free trail as there staff member told me of the five days I had tried to cancel witch they then said I should speak to costumer service witch I did and then told me about the fee so I then returned to planet fitness northmead squar and asked the staff witch he said I would not be charged I then got a message later this afternoon claiming they wanted the money. When I refused to pay they said they would keep debating my card and if they don't get the money they would send people to gwt the money from me
