Planet Fitness - Bad services coupled with inconsistent treatment.

Planet Fitness' sole mandate is sucking money out of poor unsuspecting individuals like me. Ever since joining them, I have never set my foot in their facility due to the traveling distance between my house and one of their facility in Randfontein. I intended on going on alternating days but couldn't fulfill that as I would arrive late from work. Covid happened and my financial situation took a toll and I couldn't make ends meet. I called them to try and explain my financial positioning. They have since promised to get back to me but been waiting still today. Got a notification from a collections company called Saya Recoveries to inform me that my case has been escalated to them. What pains me is that I have never used their gym......not even on a single day yet I am expected to pay for all the duration of the contract......despite having had to explain my financial challenges.

I am never setting my feet @ any of their facilities neither would I recommend it to any of my beloved.

They can continue to suck our hard earned monies out of our pockets...... After all! That's all they care about...... Money!!! Money!!! Money!!!
