Planet fitness bad service and they only want to blacklist people.

Planet fitness has very bad service, I cancelled my membership account with them and the discount 50% of what i owe. They debited the 50% from my account and wrote an email for cancellation as instructed. 7 months down the line they handed me to Landau Attorneys for non-payment of R1330.00 which i don't understand how they came up with that total. The time i was making a cancellation by account was handed to sa-recovery and i made the cancellation with them and pay the 50%. I am so depressed now because i did whatever they wanted me to do for cancelation and 7 to 8 months down the line am owing them.
