Planet fitness bad service

I signed up with planet fitness in Fourways 3 weeks ago. They drew up an incorrect Contract not the one of my choosing but the one they wanted to. I have been asking for my revised contract every week but still no luck. Yet they can send messages of payment due which I don't even know how much it is as I have never received my contract
