Planet fitness NorthMead Sqaure in Benoni has the WORST receptionist! Her name in Thina . She will make your gym experience hell .

My gym tag is a buddy tag and it didn't want to tag twice . She then told me that she can't assist me with tagging my buddy in . I was puzzled why because I could see other people being assisted by the other receptionist with the same issue I had . I provided her with my ID number and drivers license because I thought maybe it's a security check issue , she still denied me access . Thina hasn't been the friendliest person at the gym and this is not the first time she has shown such a stinky attitude towards clients . I'm really disappointed in how a receptionist can ruin my experience with the gym like that .
