Planet Fitness bad business practice

So apparently they can just debit my account as they see fit? Planet Fitness has an Annual Levy that is for "maintenance" which is a double debit on ALL members in July.

So I asked why the hell I am paying this? Just maintenance. Why am I paying a monthly fee AND a yearly fee? For what? What is the annual fee 'paying' for that I am not already paying for? Extremely dubious business practice. Absolutely zero explanation as to what I am paying for. Literally, they can just go into my account and debit because they see fit to.
