Planet Fitness attempting ******ion and Harrasment

<p>I previously had a contract with Planet Fitness Parklands. Due to hidden costs, I fell into arrears with said company, which was entirely my fault, and was handed over to their debt collectors. I paid this in full.</p> <p>Now, however, Planet Fitness have handed me over to their debt collectors in 2014, and again today, 2016. Planet Fitness stated that my contract has an auto-continuation clause in my contract, which, according to the C.P.A. sec 14, is *******. Also, once a person has been handed over to debt collectors, a contract is null and void pertaining to conntinuation of the contract.</p> <p>I'm thinking of instigating civil and ******** action against Planet Fitness and the debt collection agency.</p>
